Patricia Mihanda was recognized with multiple awards and achievements at the Keller Williams Annual Award ceremony held in Frisco, Texas on March 7th, 2025.
Organized by Keller Williams Legacy, the ceremony honors and celebrates high achievers in various categories for their commitment and excellence in serving the community within the real estate sector.
Among other awards, Patricia received the Quadruple Gold Award in the individual category. This award is given to individuals who secured a gross commission income (GCI) of $400,000 – $499,999 and/or between 45-54 closed units.

Feeling blessed, Patricia believes her role as a realtor is not only in selling homes but also in serving her community and helping families. Her target for 2025 is to support at least 85 families in their homeownership journey.
She feels strongly about transparency and educating her clients on their options so they can ultimately make an informed decision. Patricia summarizes her work with one line: “It’s a ministry, not a business”.
